Inspired by the original 1961 recipe from Cuneo, a 60% dark chocolate shell filled with chocolate cream and rum. A classic, traditional Piedmontese treat, which plays on the delightful contrast between the intensity of dark chocolate and the aromatic notes of rum. A multi-layered taste experience: the bitter chocolate makes way for the warmth and enveloping sweetness of rum, followed by spiced notes and hints of vanilla.
