Each product is a masterpiece born from luxurious ingredients and high-quality raw materials, handled with passion and careful craftsmanship. Long leavened with sourdough starter, the cake is made from stone-ground flours, La Spinetta Moscato d'Asti grape juice and candied oranges to offer you a delicious taste experience. Finally, the creation is glazed with Piedmont Hazelnut paste, Sicilian almonds and cocoa nibs of Venezuelan origin.
